在地下矿井作业时,如何在一个封闭狭窄的空间内,随时掌握所有车辆和人员的确切位置,让自动化机器和无人机能与人工操控的的车辆以及人员安全地协同作业,这是一个巨大的挑战。

 

恩智浦的Trimension超宽带 (UWB) 技术,恰好为解决这一井下自动化作业痛点提供了强大的空间感知能力,以实现精准定位、心跳监测和生命周期管理。

 

恩智浦与瑞典顶尖的矿业公司Boliden和LKAB合作,为矿井中的每一个移动物体配备UWB模块, 并将相关数据输入到矿井的数字孪生系统中, 构建了一个拥有超强功能安全的系统,保障人员与设备的安全。

 

比如,这里车辆周围有两个安全保护区域,当车辆相互靠近时,保护区域会变为红色,两辆车的警示灯会同时亮起,驾驶舱内的驾驶员也会收到碰撞警告。
