RT 系列MCU电源设计要满足时序要求,但是有客户发现RT1170不同版本的数据手册,关于RC delay延时要求的表述并不一致,具体如下所示,
Rev 1中的表述如下, - When internal DCDC is enabled, external delay circuit is required to delay the “DCDC_PSWITCH” signal at least 1 ms after DCDC_IN is stable.
- Need to ensure DCDC_IN ramps to 3.0 V within 0.2 x RC, RC is from external delay circuit used for DCDC_PSWITCH and must be longer than 1 ms.
而在Rev 2中的表述则是这样: - An RC delay circuit is recommended for providing the delay between DCDC_IN stable and DCDC_PSWITCH. The total RC delay should be 5 – 40 ms.
- Delay from DCDC_IN stable at 3.0 V min to DCDC_PSWITCH reaching 0.5 x DCDC_IN (1.5 V) must be at least 1 ms.
对比二者的表述,DCDC_PSWITCH上升到0.5 x DCDC_IN的过程时间和DCDC_IN稳定在3.0V之间至少需要1ms以上的时间间隔无争议外,客户对于Rev2中的The total RC delay should be 5 – 40 ms.很是疑惑,不知该如何理解?! 想要了解详情,请查看文档,关注公众号,不迷路。
