资历:

-Bachelor, Master or above on Electronics, Communications, Microelectronics Engineering and Computer Science Bachelor with 5+ years or master with 3+ experience in hardware/software design for embedded system design.
-Experienced in performing engineering estimations for area, HW/SW partitioning, performance, power and package for project planning and engineering proposal.
-Familiar with microprocessor/microcontroller architectures.
-Good knowledge of product specifications and architecture specifications for embedded system design.
-Experience on silicon design or validation will be preferred.
-Extensive knowledge/experience in system hardware design - power management, clock/reset, memory/storage management, various inter-chip communication interface/protocol/timing and firmware development
-32bit MCU/MPU working expeience, familiar with one of RTOS. ARM knowledge and Linux experience will be highly valued.
还好啦，以上这些基本都是废话，只要在嵌入式领域、针对32bit MCU/MPU干过三、五年，基本都能满足要求了。ARM相关和linux只是附加要求，如果有经验那更好。
