 Job description:

Department Description		- Facilitate Disty partners to grow business and design win in networkingrelated application(RF, PowerPC, DSP)
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations		- Drive growth of POS, design win and customer base - Manage and develop the design win at respective area - Drive channel partners for specific application and key customer engagement - identify new opportunities for present and future products - Leverage all technical support resources (internal and external) to drive for design success
Specific Knowledge/Skills		- Experience in successfully managing channel partners, design houses - Strong technical background with sound experience in networking related application - Good chemistry and strong customer network with giant customers in respective area - EE Graduate with 3-5years sales experience in semiconductors - Sound interpersonal skill and leadership skill · Teamwork . Problem Solving . Customer Focus . English Communications Skills . Business Acumen - Frequent travel
