从被人的那里把工程烤过来，然后切换到那个工程的工作空间，把程序烧进去的时候出现上面的问题

你把工程配置重新设置一下，这个是因另外一台电脑和你这台电脑上的路径不一致，导致不能获取FLASH配置文件而进行下载。
