 The new Kinetis KM metering MCUs leverage the successful Kinetis MCU family based on the ARM® Cortex™-M0+ core. The Kinetis KM series supports low-cost, highly integrated solutions for 1 or 2 phase electricity meters with high accuracy analog front end. This metering front end integrates a high accuracy sigma delta ADC.
The Kinetis KM metering MCUs have dedicated peripherals to address specific regional specifications for a range of smart energy and smart metering applications. Full metrology software including time or filter based is seamlessly integrated as well as FFT.
