采用OSJTAG下载，无意中点了“.args”文件，下载下去后不能继续使用OSJTAG下载程序。
每次运行到
 Reading flash ID .......
Error:  The algorithm was not able to run on the target or the flash is not configured properly.
Error:  Gettingflash ID failed
Error: The algorithm was not able to run on the target or the flash is not configured properly.
