KL芯片ADC的参考源？？（已解决）

参考手册上提到参考源的时候： 
The two pairs are external (VREFH and VREFL) and alternate (VALTH and VALTL).These voltage references are selected using SC2[REFSEL]. 
这个  VALTH and VALTL 具体指的是哪个管脚和哪个内部源啊，手册上好像没提到？
还有就是Bandgap这个值是根据什么决定的?

有些芯片的确有VALTH和VALTL引脚，但是KL25P80M48SF0RM手册上可以看到，这块芯片的VALTH和VALTL内部连接了。
你可以看下“3.7.1.5 ADC Reference Options”
The ADC supports the following references:
• VREFH/VREFL - connected as the primary reference option
• VDDA - connected as the VALT reference option

关于bandgap你可以看下“3.7.1.3.1 ADC0 Channel Assignment”ADC通道选择表格末尾的注释2：
2. This is the PMC bandgap 1V reference voltage. Prior to reading from this ADC channel, ensure that you enable thebandgap buffer by setting the PMC_REGSC[BGBE] bit. Refer to the device data sheet for the bandgap voltage (VBG)specification.
其实就是一个稳定的1v参考源，但想要用AD测量该电压时需先设置PMC_REGSC[BGBE]位。
