公司自己设计的板子,参照的是SPF-27516_C4,芯片采用的是MCIMX6D6AVT10AC,从SD卡启动,U-Boot 2009.08,Linux version 3.0.35。不过遇到一个非常严重的问题,卡在这里很久了,一直找不到原因。
问题具体描述如下:
现在一共调试了四块电路板,四块电路板电路均相同,情况分别如下:第①块电路板,PCB制板、焊接及供货与其他三块不同,且优于其他三块;其他三块电路板为同一个批次,都进行过高低温存储(高温50℃,低温-20℃,存储20小时)。
第①块电路板,所有电压和功能正常,不赘述。
第②块电路板,所有电压正常,开机后进入主界面后,左右滑动主界面,不会导致卡死,且从主界面上进入主界面上的应用时,一般不卡死,在应用程序界面时,出现过卡死情况(随机),一旦卡死就打印Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address ....之类的信息(打印信息附在最后面)。
第③块电路板,所有电压正常,开机过程中随机卡死,卡死后打印信息基本同第②块,开机不卡死的话,进入桌面后,按电源键使其在休眠和唤醒状态中不停切换,必定卡死,卡死后打印Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address ....之类的信息。
第④块电路板,所有电压正常,能正常开机,能在桌面点home键,能进入应用,WM8962工作正常,但也会出现卡死情况。打印Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address ....
现在做了以下调试:
(1)检查核对过硬件电路,现目前未发现有焊接错误的地方。
(2)检查过各主要时钟,几块板子的时钟基本一致。
(3)取下过触摸屏、显示屏测试,基本可以排除是触摸屏、显示屏导致死机。
(4)更换过DDR,并进行过DDR压力测试,压力测试通过。
(5)更换过CPU,故障依然存在。
(6)检查过网口,能够ping通。
(7)更换过PMIC(MMPF0100F0EP),问题依然存在。
现在掌握的最新调试结果是:断开PMIC(MMPF0100F0EP)的I2C后三块电路板均能稳定工作,不再出现卡死打印Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address ....之类的信息,但WM8962不能正常工作了,WM8962使用的是I2C1,PMIC使用的是I2C2。
希望得到解决的问题是:搞清IMX6与MMPF0100F0EP的工作原理(过程/关系),找到CPU因为访问错误虚拟地址而卡死的原因,以及为何断开PMIC的I2C后系统就能稳定工作了,但为何会导致WM8962不能正常工作。
关于问题的描述可能不够具体,待后续补充,如果有遇到这类问题的朋友,希望给出一些指导。
