PIT触发ADC采样，PIT中断周期计算

各位大神，新手求助！正在调节MKV46F256的ADC，PIT中断触发，这是例程。
请问，这下面的 2 怎么理解，根据是什么？查了好久，没有结果。盼回复，不胜感激。

想请您看下例程中这个（上面图上内容）：
（1）The default sample rate is20Hz∗100/2,which enables the demo application to get 100 samples per two periods.
（2）#define NR_SAMPLES 100U // number of samples in one period
这两句话，一个说每两个周期采样100次，一个说每周期采样100次，不矛盾吗？
