[求助] im6ull NAND烧录问题

使用imx6ull+nand方案做了一批核心板,在使用sd卡往nand里面烧录系统时,有30%概率出现oops,部分报错信息如下:

看起来是由于一个空指针引起,但每次报错的信息不一样,每块核心板报错的信息也不一样。
目前一共测试了100块,有70块左右能正常烧录并启动,30块左右会出现这样的情况。
这可能是哪里引起的问题?

你这70块正常烧写启动的话,说明你软件和硬件都是OK的,出现问题的话有可能是焊接和硬件的问题,建议你先查一下硬件。
