MCU-Linker Debug调试报 Failed on chip setup:Ep(04). Cannot halt processor

IDE 环境：MCUXpresso IDE
烧录器：MCU-Linker SWD接口
问题描述：之前可以用 MCU-Linker SWD 烧录器下载调试MCU FW，Debug时突然碰到了Failed on chip setup:Ep(04). Cannot halt processor 问题。如下：
