LPC55S69中调试Failed on connect: Ee(42).错误

突然所有例子都调试不了，蹦出图片的错误，编译都是成功的，
想问问怎么解决，十分感谢

'Ee(42). Could not connect to core.'
Retrying...

Server OK but no connection to probe 1 core 0 (after 3 attempts) - Ee(42). Could not connect to core.
Failed on connect: Ee(42). Could not connect to core.
No connection to chip's debug port
