K144调试环境问题

我想请教一个问题。我通过PE烧录器可以把程序烧录到板子里面，但是不能调试，它会一直报MCU复位错误。我没连PE调试器的时候程序能正常跑，连了调试，不点暂停也能正常跑。这是什么原因造成的吗，有大神遇到过这种问题吗？感谢答疑解惑
