K60 JILNK连接不上目标板

自己画了个实验板，刚开始能下载下去，并能仿真。
后来有天烧写个程序后再也连不上JLINK了
RESET_B电压一直是 1.6V

JLINK 提示错误

是不是你的连接线有问题了，这个提示找不到CPU

连接线都正常连接了，我测过。
复位脚一直是1.6V 输出不知道怎么回事

楼主莫急，先试试运行我上传的这个附件，并把运行结果全部贴上来。
用法如下：
将erase_all_pin.rar解压到jlink.exe目录，在cmd窗口执行jlink erase_all_pin.jlk

你这个log是运行script第几次后的结果？
如果是上面这个结果，恐怕这个芯片已经不存在你最初描述的问题了。
MDM-AP register = 0x33，这个你可以自己查一下手册第九章debug，MDM-AP status register。
我判断出现你最初描述的这个情况，是因为flash被secure了。具体可以看FTFL一章，pflash IFR，flash地址0x40c即reset后FTFL_FSEC值。
