求助大家，做低功耗LPC824芯片进入powre_down 模式时最少能到达多少电流，我板子进入power_down 时测量整个电路电流在40UA感觉有点大，MCU外围电路多处于断电状态。LPC824资料上提示是7UA 。有谁了解这方面的？

楼主你好，看数据手册，在power down 模式下面， IDD的典型值为1.6uA-10uA。
但是有这几点需要注意下：
[2] Tamb = 25 C.
[3] IDD measurements were performed with all pins configured as GPIO outputs driven LOW and pull-up resistors disabled.
[10] All oscillators and analog blocks turned off.
你查看下，看看是否这些条件满足了， 40uA的确太大了，你看看其他的模块是否都关了，还有外围的电路能不接的都不接，只测试MCU的耗电。
